U.S. legal expert James Moliterno discussed implementation of the new ethics code with the Deputy Prosecutor General during his two day visit from November 30 to December 1, who agreed he should return to Slovakia in 2018 to conduct an intensive practical workshop with the Prosecutorial Ethics Commission on how to handle ethics cases. Moliterno also discussed how to strengthen the judicial ethics code with members of the Judicial Council. He participated in a webcast panel discussion on legal ethics at Slovakia’s top university and met privately with law students to discuss rule of law issues.
